Indications

Oral surgery, dental implantology and aesthetic dentistry, mainly for the acceleration of tissue healing after any surgical procedures SimplySilk® membrane is indicated for: 

• Augmentation around implants placed in immediate and delayed extraction sockets in intra-oral surgery.
• Localized or alveolar ridge augmentation for later implantation or prosthetic treatment in intra-oral surgery.
• GBR of dehiscence defects in intra-oral surgery.
• GTR procedures of periodontal defects in intra-oral surgery.
• Augmentation or separation of implants in cranio-maxillo-facial surgery
• Augmentation or repair of facial bones including the orbital walls in cranio-maxillo-facial surgery.
