Diagnosis and Case Description

Patient:

Male, age 32

Patient symptoms:

Pain - varying severity

Diagnosis:

Hard tissue destruction, is impossible for prosthetic restoration. Periapical tissue inflammation of tooth 46.

Indication for tooth extraction:

Pulp necrosis and destruction of the crown that cannot be restored conservatively/ prosthetically; unsuccessful endodontic treatment.
