Diagnosis and Case Description

Patient:

Female, age 68

Diagnosis:

Dentigerous jaw cyst - from tooth 24, involving the roots of teeth 23,24,25 and penetrating to the palatal bone

Procedure:

Root apex resection of teeth 23,24, extraction of the root cyst and augmentation with non-setting paste

Amount of product used:

Entire product (1cc)

Bone filling:

Partial (in tooth 23, the material was not applied in large amounts and no resection was performed as there were no lesions)

Problems with the application:
