Diagnosis and Case Description

Patient:

Adult patients between 60 and 79 years old

Diagnosis:

Right-knee gonalgia. Bilateral varus genus (tibia)

Procedure:

Osteotomy

Follow-up at 4 months to evaluate recovery and symptom management:

• Bone consolidation after 12 months
• Flexion and extension movements without limitations
• Good limb alignment
• No adverse events were reported
